Is it too cold to tint my windows?

We are often asked "is it too cold to install window film"? Unfortunately, this isn't a simple answer. Installing film on single pane glass when it is below freezing is certainly not recommended. Because the glass can get extremely cold, the water used to install the product can freeze, causing damage to the adhesive system. Dual pane glass is less risky of freezing, but caution should also be used on "snow days". Without the warmth of the sun, on cold days, once again the moisture could freeze. We try to avoid installing the film on days that are snowing. We want to provide the best installation possible. http://www.clearmountainview.com/ http://www.tintcolorado.com/
