As we all know too well, the sun entering our windows can cause fading and sun damage to our floors and furnishings. One solution is to close the blinds or shades and block out the light. While this works, unfortunately, we also lose our view.
Clear View Window Tinting is another solution. Now you can keep the light and enjoy your beautiful view. Our Sun Gard window film will block 99% of the sun's harmful UV rays without hiding behind closed shades. Look at the windows to the right. The top window has been treated with Optivision film. Notice how clear the view has become, with less glare. The colors are more vivid and the view is enhanced.
Choose from a variety of shades and protection levels. There's a Clear View Window Film just right for your home.

Will window film effect my cell phone reception?
The short answer to this is NO. Although most window films, including "ceramic films" or "IR films" contain some form of metal. There is no evidence to suggest they block any signal at all. To provide a better understanding as to how much metal is used in window film imagine this.... If you were to paint the roof of a six story building. The paint would equate to the metal and the building the film. As you can see, there is an extremely small amount of metal. Not enough to disrupt a cellular signal. Another example would be to think about all of the times your cell phone worked in rooms where there were no windows at all.
Point is, your windows are not the only source of signal.
This is a myth that originates from auto glass tinting. When auto tint was introduced with metal it was found to interfere with radio reception. But, only a few vechicles in which the antenna is in the rear window glass. Funny how information can get distorted over time.

Which Brand is Best?
Selecting the right window film for your home or office is a serious decision and should not be taken lightly. First, focus on what your highest priority is. Whether it is to protect your furnishings or reduce energy consumption, there is a film designed to fit your needs.
So how do you tell which film company to choose when everyone says "mine is the best"? Sometimes it is difficult to separate fact from fiction. Very often, the warranty will provide a good clue. Make sure "glass breakage" is included. If it is not it would be wise to avoid this product. Where is the product made? Foreign made window films often do not provide the level of customer service should a warranty issue arise as those made here.
While "brand name" films offer a recognizable name associated with other products, this certainly doesn't make them "the best". In fact, you might be surprised to learn that many of the brand name films aren't actually made by the manufacturer baring that name. Most films made here in the U.S. A. are very often quite comparable in quality. Sun Gard films are made in St. Petersburg, Florida to the highest quality standards. A member of the 100 Year Old MADICO window film family.

Scam Warning!!
Today I received a text message stating that I had won a $1,000 Walmart gift card. It required me to follow a link to a website. According to Walmart the website sends you through a series of sponsored sites in addition asking you to provide personal information and post the link on Facebook.
If you did make the mistake of sharing the scam link, then you are now spamming your friends with the very same message. Clean-up your newsfeed and profile to remove references to the scam. (click the “x” in the top right hand corner of the post).
Never complete surveys to unlock videos or other content on Facebook. Scammers use these tricks to either spread malware, obtain personal identification or earn commissions from marketing companies. Don’t pad their pocket and possibly open yourself up to harm!
Some of the surveys require you to download files to your computer. Never do this! If you did so in error, then run a complete system scan with a good anti-virus software program. The I.Q. Quiz scam has been around for a while, and it typically requires you to enter your cell phone number to receive the results. The scammers then bill you for premium services. Keep an eye on your phone bill for bogus charges.
